Initial Consultation

Week 2: Emergence Workshop
This 2-hour session focuses on sense-making and meaning-making from Workshop 1. What will begin to emerge is an image of your essence, potential, calling, and the unique role that only you can play through your ventures.
Week 3: Planning + Designing Workshop
Now we translate what's emerged into a plan and roadmap. For 2 hours, we'll explore what resources, processes, and stakeholders to enlist to pursue this purpose and role. The Truth. There’s good strategy and bad strategy. Most people don’t know the difference.
Bad strategy:
Is based on what’s “out there” — expert opinions, market trends, competition, and the latest Harvard Business Review article.
Confuses a quarterly planning meeting for strategy!
Might reveal an insight about your business (yay) but fail to translate it into a holistic and practical framework to guide every employee and department.
